VALENTINE SPECIAL - 2012

The following terms apply to the CB Valentine Special® Competition and by participating in the Competition you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the same. The Competition will run from 6th February to 13th February 2012.

1.1 ELIGIBILITY

• The Competition is open only to Single Ladies over the age of 18.

• You may send as many texts as you wish, but if you win a prize the restrictions in a paragraph below will apply.
• Each text sent successfully is equal to one entry in the Competition.
• For every text sent to "My" number, you will receive a response message & a reply confirming receipt.

1.2 CHARGES

• Any message sent will be charged at the normal operator charges.

1.3 ENTRIES INQUIRY

• Every time you successfully send a text to "My" number, you will get a reply informing you of the number of entries you have for that day.

1.4 PRIZES

• By entering the Competition you stand to win the prizes shown in the matrix below subject to the restrictions below.

1.5 SELECTION OF WINNERS

• The draw will be conducted at such a time as I may choose fit on the Last day.
• The draw will be run on the texts received in "My" database.
• "I" will select the winners depending on who meets my originality expectations via those texts.
• Any decisions made on the winners by "Me" shall be final and binding.

1.6 DISBURSEMENT OF PRIZES

• If you win the grand prize, "I" will give the details of the expedition.
• You must also be in possession of a valid Passport.
• Winners of Mobile phones will be notified to give details of their desired delivery points.
• Winners of Airtime will receive the same electronically.

1.7 RESTRICTIONS ON PRIZES

• If you win the grand prize, you will be barred from winning any other prize during the competition.
• If you win any other prize, you will be barred from winning the same, or any other prize other than the grand prize.

1.8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

• "I" will contact all winners through "My" number. "I" will make call attempts for a period of 12 hrs. If you don’t answer any of the attempts within the prescribed period and identify yourself, you will be deemed to have forfeited the chance of winning and "I" will thereafter pick on another number.
• For the avoidance of doubt, missed calls and calls diverted to voice mail will not be deemed as answered for the purposes of this competition.
• If you win the airtime, "I" will send it to you within the next 24 hrs and after its credited, you will receive a text confirming receipt of the airtime sent.

1.9 OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The more active you are, the more chances you have of winning.
• If you happen to become the highest entry subscriber, an sms will be sent to you.
• If a tie occurs. . . "I" will select randomly the winner.
• The SMS will have the source address. "My" Number.
• The points will be computed in real time.
• If a prize is not claimed within 2 weeks the statutory process shall be followed through.
• "I" reserve the right to disqualify any entrant, for tampering with the entry process through the use of means not in line with the competition mechanics and these terms & conditions.
• This time round, relatives are eligible to participate in this promotion.
• "I" reserve the right to publish names and pictures of winners on Facebook.
• The competition is for 18 years and over.
• "I" reserve the right to amend, vary or add to these terms & conditions.

CAUTION

"I" do not require anyone to send airtime, money or any other consideration in order to get any of the competition prizes and will not be liable for any losses or other damages incurred by participants who do not heed this caution. "I" shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred in anyway whatsoever.
